Heya, I'm Elena
A time management mentor, hands-on productivity teacher and passionate of things done in a mindful way!
The key is not to prioritise what is on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.
At the top of 2015, I graduated with a Master's Degree in Accounting, finished an internship at an accounting firm and decided that that wasn't the path for me. I picked up some books, a lot of inner strength, shared with people who believed in me, and traveled to Spain to work in a startup.
I was told I wouldn't be able to get a job in marketing because I didn't have experience in the field. I created a plan, I followed through even when the pain was unbearable, I kept reaching out, and, eventually, in 2018, I was working as a marketing manager in London, UK.
I found the key to reaching my goals, and I kept exploring. I always knew I wanted to create something of my own, so I continued journeying the start-up world and learning all things entrepreneurial.
In 2019, I pressed the pause button and went deeper within. I realised that there was a different way of looking at things and especially at productivity and mindfulness.
I was willing to surrender my desires and follow at a deeper level the inner path
I decided I will follow that one vision I always had and always knew I could reach. I had to step up, bring on accountability and network support and follow the lead. I've put all the tools I've learned until then to work for this bigger vision and here I am working with clients that do the same.
Stop . Pause . Breath.
In stillness I found myself
From pushing to receiving
When mindfulness meets productivity, the ability to create and show up for your art becomes a beautiful flow of life. Learning how to manage the inner working of my mind had a ripple effect on every project I embarked from there.
Today I live my vision and I make a point to remind myself, and my clients, that living a life based on values means that I don't have to wait for the next goal to be reached or the next ideal situation to manifest. I can start engaging with life from day one, through a process of surrender and following the lead. Productivity then becomes a tool that allows me to show up for that which is important for me and which expresses my true nature.
